We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming environment within our facility. Our goal is for it to feel more like you are going to a friend’s home than bringing your pet to the doctor.
We hope this reduces stress on both you and your pet. We also schedule enough time (30 minutes or more per appointment) to get to know you and your pet and give you both the attention you deserve and desire.
As you enter, you will be introduced to one of our staff members. That person will assist you during your entire visit. They will place you in a room and obtain your pet’s history and current illness or condition.
They will then assist the doctor during the exam, and provide all instructions about care and medications upon check out. This keeps the continuation of care with one person who knows your pet’s needs.
